The State charged our client by criminal complaint / indictment with Armed Habitual Criminal which is a class X felony, and because of the our client's background, he was looking at life in prison without parole. The Chicago Police found assault rifles and shotguns in our client's mother's house, and because our client spent time there, the police tried to claim that they were his guns. Our attorney handling the case took the case to trial after which the Judge found our client NOT GUILTY.

Our client was arrested by the Chicago Police for a DUI after a minor traffic accident. Because he refused to blow into the breathalyzer and this was his second DUI his licensed was to be suspended for 3 years. After a hearing, we had the court rescind his suspension and he got his license back immediately. Then after negotiating with the prosecutor we were able to get the charges reduced to prevent our client's license from being revoked.

Our Client was driving with a freind in Humboldt Park when the Chicago Police pulled our client over and searched his car, finding an eight ball of cocaine inside. We filed a motion to suppress arguing that the Police had no reason to search the car. The Judge agreed and the case was dismissed.
