When our client arrived on the scene, Des Plaines Police immediately arrested him and lied about our client's consent to search his car. We filed a motion to suppress evidence, arguing to the judge that police had no probable cause to search the car. The judge agreed and granted our motion, and the case was dismissed. |

We filed a motion to quash and surpress claiming that the police wrongfully entered the house and searched for drugs. The Judge agreed and the case was dismissed. |

During the search the polce found two ounces of cocaine. We filed a motion to quash and surpress claiming that law enforecement had no right to search the apartment. The Judge agreed, and the case was dismissed. |

After winning the case, we also won back our client's car, which was forfieted by the City of Chicago. |
