GUN CASES
In Illinois it is a felony to carry a gun on your person or in
your car. Also, if you are already a convicted felon, you are not
allowed to have a gun even in your house. As you can see below, we

belonged to our client. Police even put a statement on our
client, where they claimed our client said he owned the gun.
We took the case to trial and the judge did not beileve the
gun belonged to our client, or that our client made the
statement. The Judge found our client not guilty. |

Chicago Police executed a search warrant at a house they
claimed our client lived in and found a gun. The police
arrested our client when he showed up at the house later
that day. We took the case to trial and proved that our
client did not live in the house, and did not own the gun.

Chicago Police arrested our client and searched his car for
a minor traffic violation. Our client was from Indiana and
had a permit to carry a gun. Unfortunately, the permit was
not valid in Illinois. We filed a motion to quash and
surpress, claiming the police had no right to search the car.
The Judge agreed and all felony charges were dismissed. |

someone on a street corner. The police testified that as
they approached, our client ran and dropped a gun to the
ground. We took the case to trial and proved through several
witnesses that the story the police told was not true. The
Judge found our client not guilty of possessing the gun. |

Police officers stopped our client's vehicle for improper parking and
then searched the vehicle and located a gun.
We filed a motion to suppress evidence on the basis
that the police had no right to search the vehicle.
The Court agreed and granted the motion. The State
was forced to dismiss the case.
We filed an expungement petition and cleaned our
client's record. |

current boyfriend with a gun. After the fight broke-up, the
