Chicago Police pulled our client over for a minor traffic violation. After the stop, the officer claimed he saw multiple bags of cocaine sitting in plain view in the passenger seat. We filed a motion to quash and supress the arrest and search of the car. We proved to the judge that police had no right to search the car, and the case was dismissed.
